What are the check-in and check-out times?

 - Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.


 

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to an additional charge of 11,000 KRW per hour.
 ※ A full night's charge will apply for check-in before 11:00 AM or check-out after 3:00 PM.

 


 

Is there a limit on the number of guests per room?

- Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests or extra beds are not available.

 


 

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

- Yes, luggage storage is available at the front desk on the 1st floor after verifying your reservation details.
  A claim tag will be issued, and you must present it when collecting your luggage.

 


 

What amenities are provided in the room?

- All-in-one shampoo & body wash, conditioner, liquid hand soap, and a body sponge are provided.
※ Due to regulations on disposable items, toothbrushes, razors, and similar items are not provided free of charge but can be purchased at the 1st-floor convenience store or amenity vending machine.

 


 

Can I use OTT services on the room TV?

- Yes, you can watch YouTube and log into your personal Netflix account.

 


 

How can I retrieve lost items left in the room?

- Perishable items will be discarded the same day. Other items are kept for one month before disposal.
  To claim a lost item, contact the hotel and provide the reservation name, check-out date, and room number. Items can be picked up in person or shipped via cash-on-delivery.

 


 

Can I have parcels delivered to the hotel?

- Yes, but parcels must be picked up at the front desk. Delivery to guest rooms is not allowed.
  Unclaimed parcels will be stored for 1 month. Opened food items are kept for 1 day, and unopened food items for 3 days before disposal.

 


 

Can I receive food deliveries in my room?

- No. For security reasons, all food deliveries must be received in person at the 1st-floor lobby.
  The hotel is not responsible for food that is left unattended or goes missing. The front desk cannot store food.

 


 

What is the parking policy?

- Free parking is available for 1 vehicle per room (2 vehicles for suite rooms).
  You may enter and exit freely until 12:00 PM on the check-out day. After that, a fee of 1,000 KRW per 30 minutes applies, up to a maximum of 20,000 KRW per day.
  ※ Height limit: 2.1M
  ※ Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional parking is available when full.

 


 

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

- Yes, 5 EV chargers are available on B1 (4 standard, 1 fast charger).

How do I use the coin laundry room?

- Located on the 12th floor of Building B and available 24/7.

  • - Laundry: 3,000 KRW per load

  • - Dryer: 3,000 KRW per load

  • - Detergent: 500 KRW

  • - Coin exchange machine available

Can minors stay at the hotel?

- In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian.

※ Only same-gender minors may stay together. Mixed-gender occupancy is strictly prohibited.
※ Forging guardian signatures or seals is illegal and may result in legal action.

Can I rent baby items?

- Baby items such as cribs or bed guards are not available.

 


 

Can I reserve a specific room or floor?

- Room and floor assignments are based on availability and are determined on the day of check-in. Specific requests cannot be guaranteed in advance.

 


 

What are the reservation office hours?

- The reservation office is available from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends).


 

How can I use the banquet hall?

- Please contact the reservation office or use the “Corporate & Group Inquiries” option on the top right corner of the homepage.

Are pets allowed?

- No, pets are not allowed for safety and hygiene reasons. Please consider nearby animal hospitals or pet hotels.

 


 

Can I use the swimming pool and fitness center?

- Yes, they are located on the 12th floor of Building B and are free for guests.

  • Fitness Center: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Open year-round / Minors not permitted)

  • Swimming Pool: Temporarily closed due to maintenance and safety concerns. Reopening date TBD.
